This is easy to operate and it is a lot quieter than most other dryers and dries hair quick without giving it an overdried look.

3. Farouk CHI Pro GF 1505 1300 Watt Ceramic Anion Infared Low EMF Professional Hair Dryer

Lastly, you might want to look into this option.  This has a 4/5 star rating given by 108 customers and is priced at $70.90.  It has a cool shot button and far infared heat dries the hair from the inside and locks in the moisture on your hair at the same time.  This is used in several salons by stylists and for good reason. 

This doesn’t emit much noise, it doesn’t blow too hard and yet it dries the hair quite well.  The only downfall is that if you have really fine hair you may not see that great results out of it.

So if you’re looking for a CHI Turbo hair dryer, you can still definitely get one, but know that there are other better options than the CHI Turbo hair dryer that might be better for you.
